Step 2 of the job posting process allow advanced posting options such as choosing application options, screener questions and selecting whom should receive application alerts.

When your job posting is complete, it will be instantly posted to your HIRECLICK Career Page and submitted to our Job Board partners. HIRECLICK is partnered with several leading, LOCAL job boards across the upper Midwest and with all the National Job Search sites that matter.

With HIRECLICK, all applicants (regardless of where they found your job) will be stored in one, common database. The text from applicants' information, including from their resume, are parsed and archived, allowing you to perform keyword searches to retrieve past applicants.

HIRECLICK provides you with full control of viewing and managing your Applicants. On this page, you can view an Applicant's resume or application in detail and perform several applicant management functions. Most common, you can rate candidates and assign them to a status to indicate where they are at in the hiring process.
